Born on April 29, 1958 in Santa Ana, Orange County, California, Michelle Pfeiffer is an American actress. Pfeiffer is best known as a three time Oscar nominated actress of "Dangerous Liaisons", "Love Field" and "The Fabulous Baker Boys".

Before entering into Hollywood, Michelle also worked as a salesgirl at a local clothing store and as a court reporter at Golden West Community College. At 20 own the Miss Orange County beauty pageant and got roles in TV commercials and cameo in films.

Michelle made her acting debut with a TV series "Fantasy Island", while her debut film was "Falling In Love Again" in 1980. Although appeared with small role in many films in her early career, Michelle caught the attention in Hollywood with Brian De Palma's gangster classic "Scarface (1983)" with Al Pacino.

Since then Michelle has given many box office hits including "Ladyhawke (1985)", "Tequila Sunrise (1988)", "Married to the Mob (1988)", "The Russia House (1990)", "Frankie and Johnny (1991)", "Batman Returns (1992)", "The Age of Innocence (1993)", "Dangerous Minds (1995)", and "One Fine Day (1996)".

Michelle's upcoming films include "I Could Never Be Your Woman (will due out in summer 2006)", "Stardust (will out in 2007)" and "Chasing Montana (will out in 2008)".
